Cursive Tickets, Tour Dates & Concerts 2024/2025 ♫Last Updated: 15 Jul 2019 12:13pm
Cursive is an American indie/rock/post-hardocre outfit based in Omaha, Nebraska. First formed in 1995, it currently consists of founding members Tim Kasher, Matt Maginn and Clint Schnase, alongside long-time guitarist Ted Stevens.
Releasing their debut LP, 'Such Blinding Stars for Starving Eyes', in 1997, Cursive would meet an untimely end shortly after when Kasher got married and their previous guitarist left for law school; they post-posthumously released 'The Storms of Early Summer: Semantics of Song'. After Kasher split from his then-wife, the band got back together alongside new member Stevens and went on to release four more records, most recently with 2012's 'I Am Gemini'. Cursive returned with a brand new record, 'Vitriola', in October 2018, and are set to tour the US with support from Cloud Nothings and The Appleseed Cast in autumn 2019.
