Dance Gavin Dance are a post-hardcore band from Sacramento, California.
Formed in 2005, the band released their debut album 'Downtown Battle Mountain' in 2007 and shot to the forefront of the era's thriving metalcore and post-hardcore scene. Shortly after, vocalist Jonny Craig left the band, with Kurt Travis stepping in on clean vocal duties for the band's next two records, with Craig returning for 'Downtown Battle Mountain II' in 2011, before departing for a final time. Since their fourth album 'Acceptance Speech' in 2013, lead vocals have been provided by Tides Of Man's Tilian Pearson. The band have since dropped a further five studio albums, with their most recent being 2022's 'Jackpot Juicer'. Dance Gavin Dance will tour Australia in November 2023.
