Darkest Hour are an American melodic death metal band from Washington, D.C, consisting of frontman John Henry and guitarist Mike Schleibaum, alongside second guitarist Michael ‘Lonestar’ Carrigan, bassist Aaron Deal, and drummer Travis Orbin.
Formed in 1995, the band have released eight albums across their career, including their debut album, ‘Mark of the Judas’, their first album for Victory Records, ‘So Sedated, So Secure’, released in 2001, and their last self-titled release that came out in 2014. The band release their latest album, ‘Godless Prophets & The Migrant Flora’ in March 2017 via Southern Lord Records. Darkest Hour and Unearth will tour Europe together under the Death To False Metalcore tour in spring.
