Daughters is an American rock band that hails from Providence, Rhode Island. Formed in 2002, it currently consists of Alexis S.F. Marshall, Nicholas Andrew Sadler, Jon Syverson, and Samual M. Walker.
Originally starting as a grindcore band, Daughters would put out two albums - 'Canada Songs' and 'Hell Songs' - in the original run, before their split in 2009. They would release somewhat of a 'posthumous' self-titled third LP in 2010, with a far more accessible, noise-rock orientated sound. Now with their latest album 'You Won't Get What You Want' dropping in October 2018, Daughters have announced tour dates for 2019 in support of it across the UK, Ireland, USA and Europe.
