David Keenan is an Irish singer songwriter with an absolute obsession for words and melody, who was exposed to the writings of Behan, Yeats and Wilde with the soundtrack of Dylan, Buckley and The Dubliners to illuminate his formative years.
His debut release was the 'Cobwebs' EP in 2017, followed by 'Strip Me Bare' volumes 1 and 2 in 2018. Having been asked to play alongside the likes of Mick Flannery, Hothouse Flowers, Damien Dempsey and Glen Hansard, David is fast becoming one of Ireland's most talked about young artists. In 2018, Keenan toured supporting Richard Thompson, as well as playing Latitude, Electric Picnic, Wilderness and Sea Sessions festivals.
