David O’Doherty is a comedian, author, musician, actor and playwright from Dublin. He is known for combining comedy with music played on a miniature keyboard.
He made his first appearance on stage in 1998, at Dublin’s Comedy Cellar. His first show, The Story Of The Boy Who Saved Comedy, was nominated for Perrier Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2000. He won the Perrier Award in 2008 for his show Let’s Comedy. David O'Doherty will take his Whoa Is Me Tour across the UK throughout the second half of 2022 and into 2023. He will also headline Greenwich Comedy Festival in September 2022.
