Deafheaven is an American post-metal band from San Francisco, California, consisting of founding duo George Clarke and Kerry McCoy, who provide vocals and guitar respectively, alongside second guitarist Shiv Mehra, bassist Stephen Clark, and drummer Daniel Tracy.
Formed in 2010, the band have released three studio albums to date, ‘Roads to Judah’ in April 2011 and ‘Sunbather’, which was released in 2013, and ‘New Bermuda’, in 2015. The band have headlined their own shows and tours across the UK, North America, Europe and Australia and have shared the stage with the likes of Chelsea Wolfe and Between the Buried and Me amongst others. Deafheaven spent 2017 both touring and in the studio, working on their next record, 'Ordinary Corrupt Human Love', which went on to hit shelves in July 2018.
