Denzel Curry is a rapper and songwriter from Carol City, Florida.
He first began writing poetry in elementary school and later started competing in rap battles, influenced by the likes of Tupac and Buju Banton. First emerging as an affiliate of SpaceGhostPurrp's Raider Klan in 2011, he released his debut album, ‘Nostalgic 64’, in 2013, to enormous critical acclaim. He has since put out a further five studio records, with the most recent being 'Melt My Eyez, See Your Future' in 2022. Denzel Curry will headline Dublin's Helix in June 2023, while he's across the pond for Outbreak Festival, following a run of Australian shows in April and May.
