Dick Valentine is the alias of Tyler Spencer, an American singer-songwriter from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, best known as the frontman of Electric Six.
After founding Electric Six in 1996, the band released their debut album, ‘Fire’, in 2003, which gave us hits like Gay Bar and Danger! High Voltage. They have gone on to release a further 10 albums, the latest being ‘Bitch, Don't Let Me Die’ in 2015. Valentine embarked on a solo career in 2012, releasing his debut solo album, ‘Destroy The Children’, the same year. He followed with ‘Halloween Fingers’ in 2013, ‘Here Come the Bags!’ in 2015, 2016's 'Quiet Time', 'Robocalls' in 2017, 'Illuminati Bees' in 2019, and his latest, 2020's 'Parrot People'.
