Dirty Pretty Things are an indie band, formed in London.
Fronted by Carl Barât of The Libertines, the band began in 2005 after The Libertines split the previous year. They released two albums in the shape of 2006's 'Waterloo To Anywhere' and 2008's 'Romance At Short Notice', before splitting in 2008. As well as headlining their own shows and tours, the band also bagged support slots with the likes of Muse, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Pet Shop Boys. Dirty Pretty Things will celebrate the 15th anniversary of their debut album, 'Waterloo To Anywhere', with a London show in May 2022, which was rescheduled from that March.
