Dry the River are an English folk rock outfit hailing from London. Formed back in 2009, the band consists of Peter Liddle, Matt Taylor, Scott Miller, Will Harvey, and Jon Warren, who all met in Stratford.
Playing their first ever headline gig in the English capital’s Luminaire, they’ve gone on to amass a large following of fans, and have toured the United Kingdom strenuously - and even played across the US and Europe. After performing at festivals throughout the summer of 2011, they made an appearance on the BBC Sound of 2012 poll longlist - marking one of the band’s biggest achievements yet. Their debut, 'Shallow Bed' earned rave reviews. Dry the River would make a return with their second record, 'Alarms in the Heart', in August 2014, supporting it with a performance at the Camden Crawl in June, and on their headline UK tour in October. amazing show
Warsaw Centralny Klub on November 13 2013
I have never heard about this band before they played as a support for Biffy Clyro in Warsaw, Poland. They are true musicians. I'm going to start love music of this band. They are really amazing, but they show was too short for me but I couldn't expect longer concert because they played as a support. So I hope they will be back soon to Poland. I'm going to read a lot of information about this band and interviews.
