Emeli Sandé is an R&B singer-songwriter from Alford, Aberdeenshire.
Starting her music career in 2008, she began to gain attention after featuring on Chipmunk's Diamond Rings in 2009, but was catapulted to stardom after the release of her debut album, ‘Our Version of Events’, in 2012. The record reached the top spot in the UK Albums Chart, and she has since gone on to put out a further four full-length albums including, most recently, 'How Were We To Know' in 2023. She has headlined her own shows and tours across the UK, as well as having supported the likes of Coldplay, performed at the opening ceremony of the 2012 Summer Olympics and was awarded an MBE in 2018. Amazing voice!

Not sure if crowds are getting louder or I'm getting older! What a fantastic atmosphere! Emeli Sande really knows how to work a crowd for a good time. Her amazing voice soared across the London venue and her fantastic band helped complimented her voice beautifully. The surprise appearance of labrinth on stage made the night complete. I wish I could experience the whole night again! Faultless.
