Fishbone are an American alternative rock/ska punk outfit hailing from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 1979, the band currently consists of three original members, vocalist Angelo Moore, bassist John Norwood Fisher, and trumpet-player 'Dirty' Walter A. Kibby, alongside John Steward, Rocky George, Jay Armant, and Paul Hampton.
Described as one of the most unique and eclectic rock bands of the '80s, Fishbone, despite not selling at a mainstream level, have survived through decades and continue to churn out their reggae-influenced heaviness to this day.
