Fontaines D.C. are an indie and post-punk quintet from Dublin.
Formed in 2017, the band released their debut album 'Dogrel' two years later, which earned them a Mercury Prize nomination. They also received a Grammy nomination for their second LP, 2020's 'A Hero's Death', which they followed up with 'Skinty Fia' in 2022 and 'Romance' in 2024. Fontaines D.C. will head to Cardiff, London, Newcastle and Manchester for four huge outdoor shows in summer 2025, and will also headline TRNSMT Festival in July.
