Gallops are a Welsh math rock band from Wrexham, featuring Mark Huckridge, Liam Edwards and Brad Whyte.
Formed in 2007, the band released their debut album, ‘Yours Sincerely, Dr. Hardcore’, in 2012, and released their sophomore release, ’Bronze Mystic’, in April 2017 Blood and Biscuits. The band have headlined their own shows and tours across the UK and Europe, and have performed at festivals such as Reading and Leeds, SXSW and The Great Escape, as well as supporting the likes of Deerhunter, Battles, Maps and Atlases and 65daysofstatic. Gallops will play in Wrexham in February 2019 as part of Independent Venue Week, presented by Focus Wales and SXSW, before they head over to Texas to play the festival itself.
