Originally finding recognition winning the ‘Original Amateur Hour’, in 1952, aged seven, she would soon go on to form Gladys Knight & The Pips, releasing hit singles, including the Grammy Award winning Neither One of Us (Wants to Be the First to Say Goodbye). She released her debut solo album, ‘Miss Gladys Knight’ in 1978, and has since released 10 albums, the latest being ‘Where My Heart Belongs’, in 2014. In October 2009, Knight started her farewell tour of the United Kingdom, but returned in the summer of 2015 for more live shows. Gladys Knight heads to the UK and Ireland for shows in summer 2019, as well as a headline slot at Nocturne Live.
