Glass Animals are an English indie rock band from Oxford, consisting of frontman Dave Bayley alongside Drew MacFarlane, Edmund Irwin-Singer, and Joe Seaward.
Formed in 2012, the band signed to Paul Epworth’s Wolf Tone and released their debut album, ‘Zaba’, in 2014. They followed with 2016's ‘How To Be A Human Being’ and 2020's 'Dreamland'.
The band have headlined plenty of their own shows across the UK and US, and have appeared at festivals such as Glastonbury, Coachella, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, SXSW, Reading and Leeds and Bestival.

“Wavey Davey’s on fire,” Dave Bayley proclaims on Tokyo Drifting, the Denzel Curry-assisted lead single from Glass Animals’ third album, and he has a point. The eccentric frontman tackled a formidable range of styles on 2014’s ‘Zaba’ and 2016’s Mercury-nominated ‘How to be a Human Being’, but on ‘Dreamland’ the diversity found in his vocal personas is turned up to 11.
