Gorillaz are a British virtual band created by Blur’s Damon Albarn and comic book artist Jamie Hewlett. The group consists of animated characters 2D, Murdoc Niccals, Noodle and Russel Hobbs.
The band dropped their self-titled debut album in 2001, which reached #3 in the UK Albums Chart and featured their iconic single Clint Eastwood.
