Hot 8 Brass Band are an American brass band that blend hip hop, jazz and funk styles, from New Orleans, Louisiana. They came to prominence in 2006, with the release of Spike Lees documentary, When The Levees Broke: A Requiem in Four Acts, about Hurricane Katrina, which featured the band.

The Old Fire Station is a live music venue and nightclub based on Holdenhurst Road in Bournemouth. With a combined capacity of 1,200 split between one 800 capacity hall and a smaller, 400 capacity upstairs room, it offers locals a venue for a variety of events, ranging from dance music nights to bands, singers and comedians.
