Hussain Manawer is a poet, mental health activist, charity fundraiser, YouTuber, and, after winning the Kruger Cowne competition One Young World rising star search, he's now an astronaut in training.
Hussain uses poetry as a powerful tool of communication and has done so by launching London's night tube alongside Mayor Sadiq Khan and supporting Ellie Goulding raising awareness for homelessness. He's also been involved in the recent scheme to stop young people from carrying knives. Most recently he set a world record in partnership with Kings College London & Samaritans for the 'Worlds Largest Mental Health Lesson'.
Manawer has turned his success into a musical slant too, releasing an EP, 'Am I Going Too Deep?' in 2017, featuring lead single I'm Ashamed, and has recently shared a video for his track Playground.
Hussain Manawer sold out his first ever show at London's Omeara in November 2017, so has announced an additional show at London's Jazz Cafe in May. Ensure to catch the magnificent activist live by checking out the tour dates and concert ticket information below on Stereoboard.
