Following the premiere of Scissor Sisters' larger than life new video for single ‘Baby Come Home’, out July 23rd, they have today uploaded a behind the scenes glimpse into life on a Scissor Sisters video shoot.

Taken from their fantastic new album ‘Magic Hour’ (out now on Polydor),‘Baby Come Home’ will be the second official single to be released from the record. The accompanying video, directed by Lorenzo Fonda, sees the band pulling off an impressive array of costumes as only Scissor Sisters can. Check out the behind-the-scenes video below.

‘Baby Come Home’ follows the euphoric Calvin Harris-produced single ‘Only The Horses’, which hit the charts following Scissor Sisters’ live performance on The Voice and two intimate sold out shows at Shepherd’s Bush Empire. Check out the official video for 'Baby Come Home' below.

‘Magic Hour’ is the result of a series of team-ups between Scissor Sisters – Jake Shears, Babydaddy, Ana Matronic and Del Marquis - and a whole host of stellar artists, writers and producers, including Azealia Banks, Calvin Harris, Stuart Price, Pharrell Williams, Diplo and Alex Rihda, the German electronic music producer and DJ behind BoysNoize.

Self-directed and filmed at the 'Kiki Institute of Mental Instability', the video was initially premiered on www.letshaveakiki.com, the band's Kiki-themed Tumblr page. The site was created by the band as a centralized destination for all of the amazing Kiki-related videos, photos and tributes that have risen out of the 'Let's Have a Kiki' phenomenon.

As London makes its final preparations for the Olympics, Scissor Sisters will be headlining the Americas stage at the BT River of Music event this Saturday, July 21st, in the historic and suitably dramatic setting of the Tower of London! Next week will also see the release of new single ‘Baby Come Home’, taken from their latest album ‘Magic Hour’ which is out now.

As part of the London 2012 Festival, Scissor Sisters will headline the Americas stage at BT River of Music, a weekend celebration with free concerts along the banks of the river Thames with musical talent from Olympic and Paralympic countries around the world, and their entire performance will be streamed live and free for the world to enjoy from the Tower of London at 8.00pm (GMT) on July 21st from on digital arts channel The Space. For those who aren’t able to catch the Scissor Sisters on July 21st the entire performance, together with films of much of the rest of the weekend’s concerts, will be available on demand for free on The Space.
