Orbital Announce Additional London Show & Tickets

Electronic dance duo Orbital have announced another show at London’s O2 Academy Brixton, after their already scheduled show - which would have concluded their December UK tour - sold out.

The techno superstars released their eighth studio album ‘Wonky’ earlier this year and will be touring the UK this winter. Tickets for the newly announced gig, which takes place on December 15th, go onsale this Friday (13th July) at 9am, and will cost £30.00 + fees.

Recently reunited following a long hiatus, Paul and Phil Hartnoll are back on form and ready to reclaim their title as lords of the dance arena. Both timeless and contemporary, heartwarming and exhilarating, 'Wonky' puts a vividly modern spin on their signature blend of melodic, emotive electronica. Confident, energised and eclectic, 'Wonky' has already been described as the duo’s finest album to date.

If you’re a fan, you really should catch the pair, who are really in their prime at the moment, on their up and coming UK tour. You can find tickets through Stereoboard - simply check the dates and details below.

Orbital - Wonky (Album Review)
Fri 04 May 2012
Orbital are a British electronic dance music duo consisting of rave brothers Phil and Paul Hartnoll. Most known for their album, ‘The Middle of Nowhere’, released in 1999, which reached Number Four in the UK album chart. Orbital were around at the beginning of the acid house scene in the early 90’s, they helped to create the shape of electronic music to come in the next 20 years, however they have been disastrously left behind.
