Bon Jovi Insider Reveals New Album & 2013 Tour Details

A source close to American stadium rockers Bon Jovi has unveiled that the band look set to release a brand new album in 2013. The band are also expected to tour again in February.

American website examiner.com has reported that "a reliable source close to the band who declined to be identified for this article" has revealed some very exciting Bon Jovi news whilst attending a recent fan convention.

The insider has revealed that Bon Jovi's guitarist Richie Sambora is keeping his forthcoming solo tour in support of his new album ‘Aftermath of the Lowdown’ short, just two months, so he is available to tour with Jon and co in the new year.

In addition, the insider has let slip that Bon Jovi will begin their tour in February 2013, with tickets likely to go on sale in December 2012 just in time for Christmas. It has also been revealed that the tour will kick-off ahead of the March 2013 release of Bon Jovi's new album.

Although the title of this record suggests a swipe at departed guitarist Richie Sambora, it's actually a bitter parting shot at Bon Jovi's long-time, soon to be former, label, Mercury Records. Initially billed as “special release for the fans” to accompany a forthcoming tour, the album now represents the dreaded filling of a contractual obligation.
