Intervals are a Canadian progressive metal band from Toronto, Ontario, currently featuring Aaron Marshall.
Formed in 2011, as a solo project of Aaron Marshall, the band released their debut album, ‘A Voice Within’, in 2014, which was followed by ‘The Shape of Colour’, in 2015. The band have headlined their own shows and tours across North America, including supporting the likes of Between The Buried and Me, Misery Signals and Animals As Leaders. INTERVALS put out their latest record, 'The Way Forward', 2017, and played UK shows supporting it the autumn. September 2018 will see the band reaching Australia for a tour alongside Polyphia.
