Isle of Wight Festival is an annual music festival which takes place at Seaclose Park on the Isle of Wight.

The first event in 1968 put the festival on the map, and it grew to become world renowned for iconic performances from artists such as The Doors, The Who and Jimi Hendrix, who played his last ever UK show at the festival.

The festival was successfully relaunched in 2002 to become one of the most exciting weekends of the summer, continuing to build on its proud heritage with show-stopping headliners such as Foo Fighters, The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Jay-Z, Coldplay and Fleetwood Mac.

Over the years, the festival has also seen performances from many other huge names, including Green Day, Kasabian, David Bowie, Lewis Capaldi, The Police, REM, Robert Plant, The Specials, Calvin Harris, The Cure, Biffy Clyro, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kings Of Leon, Stereophonics, Rod Stewart, Muse, Arcade Fire, Kaiser Chiefs, George Ezra, The Prodigy, Liam Gallagher, Manic Street Preachers, Depeche Mode, Sting, Stereophonics and Justin Timberlake, among many others.
