John Anthony Gillis - or, as he’s better known, Jack White - is an American rock star hailing from Detroit Michigan. Singer, songwriter, musician, producer, actor, you name it, he’s one of them - Jack White is an all round star when it comes to the world of music and the arts.
Most famous for his role in the White Stripes alongside ex-wife Meg White, he’s now embarked on a solo career which has, unsurprisingly, already found White even more success. As well as a solo career, he’s also a member of The Raconteurs and more recently, The Dead Weather.
For his solo shows, White tours with two bands - one female, one male - to ensure that each of his hugely-popular gigs is brilliant yet unique every time. He’s a musical mastermind so it’s no surprise that his live performances earn rave reviews every time.
Despite being musically active since 1990, 2012 saw the release of his first solo album ‘Blunderbuss’, an LP which hit #1 in the UK and US Album Charts. He went on to unleash his second effort, ‘Lazaretto’, in summer 2014, supported ny a launch gig in London and later three headline UK shows, amongst other touring worldwide.
White returned with 'Boarding House Reach' in March 2018. To support the record, White will play shows in the UK, Europe and North America throughout summer and autumn. Catch him live by checking out the tour dates and concert ticket information below on Stereoboard.

While Jack White has never been the most kempt figure, his music has always possessed meticulous attention to detail. The fact his long-running blues-rock band the White Stripes wore strictly colour coordinated outfits only reinforces the perception that he's a rigorous self-editor with a penchant for regimentalism.
