Such a promising star
Manchester O2 Apollo on November 13 2013
No frills or fancy gimmicks, just a great show of pure talent. What a promising star Jake Bugg is at such a young age. With comparisons made to the likes of Dylan and Cash, who knows where Jake will be after a few more years on the road and in the studio. For a 19-year old his songs are fantastically well written and his musicianship is among the best Ive seen. Cool, composed and ready to take on the world. His show tonight consisted of music from both his debut album as well as second offering Shagri La, two excellent records in my opinion. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing the music played live.

Phenomenal talent for a 19 year old!!
Doncaster Dome on November 9 2013
GO AND SEE JAKE BUGG!!!! You don't know what you're missing!!! One of the best gigs I've ever been to. This young man is phenomenal live. There is no doubt that he can certainly sing live, absolutely amazing from start to finish. His voice soars on all songs and there is no doubt bigger things will come his way. I enjoyed it so much, I'm looking at what other tour dates he has left!

Comparisons to Dylan and Cash...
London Queen Of Hoxton on September 13 2013
Unless you've been living on the Moon for the past year or so, chances are you have heard of man of the moment Jake Bugg. He's been busy writing, touring and gigging across Europe and America and this tiny show at London's Queen Of Hoxton is a rare opportunity to see the man in such intimate settings... Huge shows are sure to come his way.
Jake and his band squeeze onto a tiny stage for a set of songs lifted from his early EPs, as well as material from his acclaimed self-titled debut full length. Comparisons to Dylan and Cash are overheard from the crowd as Jake's voice shines through Someone Told Me, Seen It All, Trouble Town, Taste It and Lightning Bolt, silencing the entire venue. Some say he's the saviour of rock n roll... From tonight's performance, he best get used to such bold statements.
