Jason Manford is a British stand-up comedian, actor, and television presenter from Manchester. Starting his comedy career in 1999, he has been a team captain on Channel 4’s ‘8 Out of 10 Cats’, as well a presenter on BBC One’s ‘One Show’.
The comedian has won several awards, including North West City Life Comedian of the Year in 1999, Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year in 2000, Chortle Award for Best Breakthrough Act and North West Comedy Awards category for Best Stand up on the North West Circuit in 2006.
He headed out on his Turning Into My Dad tour in 2010, which was followed by First World Problems in 2013 and in 2016 he toured Best Of Jason Manford.
He has also starred as Leo Bloom in the UK tour of Mel Brooks' 'The Producers', followed by the role of Caractacus Potts in the UK tour of ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’.
