Joan Of Arc Tickets, Tour Dates & Concerts 2024/2025 ♫Last Updated: 18 Oct 2016 12:07pm
Joan of Arc is an American indie-rock and emo outfit hailing from Chicago, Illinois. The brainchild of Tim Kinsella - who has remained the band's only consistent member through the years, having played alongside a range of talented musicians (including his own brothers Mike and Nate!) - they're known for their largely unique take on music, choosing to use dozens (once over 100) tracks, electronic elements, heavy studio trickery, and humorous lyrics.
Formed in 1995, the band released their debut album 'A Portable Model Of...' in 1997, and followed it up with a new record each year after that, until 2000's 'Gap'. Soon after, the band split, but soon after Kinsella and co. returned with a new album. Their latest LP, 'Testimonium Songs', came out in 2013, but Joan of Arc are set to return with a brand new record, 'He's Got The Whole This Land is Your Land in His Hands', in January 2017. Catch them supporting it with a tour of North America! The event you clicked on is no longer available or expired. Please see the current listings below.
