Julie Bergan is a pop, RnB, and electronic singer songwriter from Skien in Norway.
She started out as a featured artist on the track Supernova with Cir.Cuz, which peaked at #5 on the Norwegian singles chart, before debuting in 2014 as a solo act. Bergan participated in Melodi Grand Prix 2013, the national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 with the song "Give a Little Something Back", but didn't get through. Eventually, in September 2013, she was signed by Warner Music Norway, dropping her debut single Younger in early 2014. She wrote and release a number of songs following this, but it was the release of her single Arigato she became known beyond national borders - it hit #1 in the Norwegian charts and #5 in Sweden, and was nominated at the Norwegian Grammys in 2016 for Song of the Year! In 2017 she won the Breakthrough Artist award at the Musikkforleggerprisen Awards, and her latest album 'Turn On The Lights' arrived in 2018. Julie Bergan is set to head to London and around Europe for headline shows in November 2019. Catch her live by checking out the tour dates and concert ticket information below on Stereoboard.
