Kaiser Chiefs Tickets, Tour Dates & Concerts 2022/2023 ♫Last Updated: 06 May 2022 9:23am
Kaiser Chiefs are an indie-rock band from Leeds, currently consisting of frontman Ricky Wilson, guitarist Andrew White, bassist Simon Rix, keyboardist Nick ‘Peanut’ Baines and drummer Vijay Mistry.
Formed in 2000, the band released their debut album, 'Employment', in 2005, which reached #2 on the UK's Official Albums Chart and featured hit singles Oh My God, I Predict a Riot and Everyday I Love You Less and Less. Their second LP, 2007's 'Yours Truly, Angry Mob', performed even better, reaching the top spot in the charts following the success of their first #1 single, Ruby. Their albums 'Off with Their Heads' and 'The Future Is Medieval' were also top ten hits, but it was their fifth record, 2014's 'Education, Education, Education & War', that brought them back to the top of the chart. The band followed it up with 2016's 'Stay Together', which they toured around UK arenas in early 2017. Their latest release came in the form of 2019's 'Duck'. The band has performed on some of the world’s biggest stages at massive venues and festivals, including Reading and Leeds, the London 2012 Olympics closing ceremony, V Festival and Isle of Wight. They've also toured extensively across the UK, US and Europe. Kaiser Chiefs have a UK arena tour planned for November 2022, with support from The Fratellis and The Sherlocks. Ahead of this, they will also headline Highest Point Festival in May and then, in the summer, will play at Trimsaran and Doncaster racecourses as part of the Live After Racing concert series, headline Suffolk's At Ease Festival and the St Albans edition of Pub In The Park.
