Kawehi is a singer-songwriter and musician from Honolulu, Hawaii.
Often regarded as a one-woman-band, she creates experimental music using beat-boxing, ukuleles and her beloved Boss RC-30 Looping station. Her big break came in 2014, after uploading a cover of Heart-Shaped Box on Vimeo, using loops, effects and a mini-keyboard to create a truly unique and attention-grabbing reimagination of the Nirvana classic. That same year, she released her debut album 'Robot Heart' and has since added a further two full-length records to her discography – the most recent being 2016's 'Interactiv.'
