Formed in 2000, the band released their debut album,‘Youth & Young Manhood’, in 2003, which hit #3 in the UK Albums Chart, as did their second album, ‘Aha Shake Heartbreak’, released in 2004. They band gained their first #1 release with their third album, ‘Because of the Times’, which came out in 2007, and followed that success with ‘Only by the Night’, in 2008, ‘Come Around Sundown’ in 2010, and ‘Mechanical Bull’ in 2013. The band released their latest album, ‘WALLS’, in October 2016, which hit the top spot in the UK and USA. The band have headlined their own shows and tours across the world, including the UK, and have played festivals such as Isle of Wight, BST, Summer Sessions, Reading and Leeds and more. Kings Of Leon have rescheduled their headline shows in Newcastle and Leeds to June 2021 in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
