Lapsley, real name Holly Lapsley Fletcher, is an English singer, songwriter and musician from Southport, Merseyside.

Starting her music career in 2014, she won ‘One To Watch’ at Merseyside’s GIT Awards, following over half a million SoundCloud listens of her debut self-released EP, ‘Monday’. She went on to perform at Glastonbury Festival on the BBC Introducing stage, and her track ‘Painter (Valentine)’ was playlisted by BBC Radio 1.

In October 2014 she signed with XL Recordings, and the following month she was nominated for the BBC Sound Of 2015. Her EP, 'Understudy', was released in January 2015 and her debut album, ‘Long Way Home’, will be released March 4, 2016.
