Lau is an British folk band, consisting of Kris Drever, Martin Green and Aidan O'Rourke.
Formed in 2005, they released their debut album, 'Lightweights and Gentlemen', in 2007, which led to them winning Best Group at the BBC Folk Awards. Their second album, ‘Arc Light’, came out in 2009, and was followed by ‘Race the Loser’ in 2012 and 'The Bell That Never Rang', in 2015. In 2017 Lau released a Best Of album, showcasing their best songs from the past decade. Now, the band will tour the UK in November.
