Lemar Obika is a singer-songwriter from London.
He shot to fame in 2002 after placing third on BBC's Fame Academy with his original song Lullaby and, despite not winning the competition, he is arguably the most successful participant in the series, going on to release his debut album 'Dedicated' in 2003. Having been awarded two BRITs and two MOBOs for his work, he is well known for singles such as If There's Any Justice, It's Not That Easy, Dance (With U) and 50/50. His discography now totals seven studio albums to date, with the most recent being 2023's 'Page In My Heart'. Lemar will bring The Closer Tour across the UK in April 2024, where he'll be performing tracks from across his career alongside a live band.
