Lil Lotus—real name John Elias Villagran III—is a singer and rapper from Dallas, Texas.
Having cut his teeth as a member of several alt-hip hop and post-hardcore bands in his local scene, he launched an acoustic solo project in 2016, performing under the name Tremor. He soon became interested in the thriving emo rap scene on SoundCloud and began uploading his own tracks under the Lil Lotus moniker, eventually putting out his debut album 'Errør Bøy' in 2021. His music alternates between an emo rap sound and pop punk. As well as headlining his own shows, he has landed support slots for the likes of Nothing Nowhere, Papa Roach and Senses Fail, and has collaborated with Isetmyfriendsonfire, SeeYouSpaceCowboy and Chrissy Costanza of Against The Current.
