Lizanne Knott is an Americana country singer songwriter from Pennsylvania. A long standing member of the Philadelphia music scene and partner of Grammy Award Winning MorningStar Studios, Lizanne Knott has also managed to make herself a home in Nashville as well as the UK.
Her debut album was a self titled release in 2003, and she continued, releasing 'Under The Burning Sky' in 2006, 'HEAL Africa' in 2007, 'South of Graceland' in 2008, and her latest 'Excellent Day' in 2016. She has performed at some of the most prestigious listening venues, theatres and concert halls throughout the US, UK and Spain and at a growing number of mainstream festivals, including Philadelphia Folk Fest, Canterbury Festival, Belfast Festival, and The Sala BBK Festival in Spain. During her career, she has shared the stage with the likes of Shawn Colvin, Joan Osbourne, Josh Ritter, Jimmy Webb, JD Souther, Melody Gardot and more. A frequent featured artist on London's acclaimed Bob Harris Show, BBC2 and other BBC stations, she also receives airplay on AAA radio throughout the US. Her music has been used in independent films, TV movies, documentaries and by national non-profit organisations. In October 2018, Lizanne Knott, Jesse Terry and Michael Logen will combine for a UK and Ireland In The Round tour.
