Michael Head is a singer-songwriter from Liverpool.
Perhaps best known as the frontman of The Pale Fountains, the band released two albums together before splitting in 1987. He has since gone on to form several other projects, notably including the band Shack, with whom he recorded five albums. His most recent serving under the Michael Head & The Red Elastic Band moniker, 'Dear Scott', arrived in 2022, following 2017's 'Adiós Señor Pussycat'. Michael Head & The Red Elastic Band will support their new album with a tour of the UK and Ireland in November and December 2022.
