Mumford & Sons are an English folk-rock band hailing from London. Formed in 2007, the band consists of frontman Marcus Mumford and his band: keyboard player and drummer Ben Lovett, guitar and banjo player Winston Marshall, and bass player Ted Dwane.

Coming to global attention in 2009, with the release of their debut album ‘Sigh No More’, Mumford & Sons would manage find huge success in the US, despite being a British band. That album has since been certified as 3x platinum over there - selling over 2,500,000 copies.

An award-winning outfit, their second album ‘Babel’ was released in 2012, and saw Mumford and Sons reaching even further, dizzier heights. Instantly becoming festival headliners and giants in the music scene, they would put on massive shows in London's Hyde Park among other places, and top the bill at Glastonbury.

Riding out their success, Mumford and Sons would begin work on the follow-up to 'Babel', which saw the guys taking on a darker, edgier, and more electronically-driven sound. Out in May 2015, 'Wilder Mind' was supported by two massive Gentlemen of the Road Scottish gigs in the summer, as well as headline slots at Reading and Leeds.

The band have toured all over the UK and Ireland, the US, Canada, huge festival headline slots and and have even landed support shows with U2.

Mumford and Sons have announced details of a world arena tour for summer 2019 supporting new album 'Delta', dropped in November 2018. They'll also headline All Points East on June 1 and Dublin's Malahaide Castle on June 14 and 15. Catch them live by checking out the tour dates and concert ticket information below on Stereoboard.
