Olly Murs is a pop singer from Witham, Essex.
He started his musical career in 2009, after placing second in the sixth series of The X Factor. He signed to Simon Cowell’s Syco Music label alongside Epic Records, and his eponymous debut hit #2 on the UK Official Albums Chart in 2010, before his sophomore record ‘In Case You Didn’t Know’ earned him his first #1 album in 2011. He has since expanded his discography to include seven full-length albums, with his most recent, 'Marry Me', having arrived in 2022. Olly Murs will support his new record with a UK arena tour in spring 2023, however his Liverpool show has been rescheduled to the following August. This is due to logistical issues surrounding the city hosting the Eurovision Song Contest that same month. He also has a number of outdoor shows lined up for August too, including headline slots at Trentham Live and the Jockey Club Live concert series.
