Patent Pending are an American pop punk band from New York, currently consisting of frontman Joe Ragosta, guitarists Marc Kantor and Rob Felicetti, bassist Corey DeVincenzo, and drummer Anthony Mingoia.
Formed in 2011, the band released their debut album,‘Save Each Other, the Whales Are Doing Fine’, in 2006, which they followed with ‘Second Family’ in 2011 and 'Brighter' in 2013. The band released their latest release, ‘Riots Hearts Rebellion’, in 2015. The band have headlined their own shows and tours across the USA and UK and have supported the likes of Bowling For Soup. They toured the UK in 2014 and returned in 2016 with their Spring Break Tour. Patent Pending tour the UK in August 2019.
