PAWS are a British alternative rock band from Glasgow, Scotland featuring guitarist and vocalist Phillip Taylor, drummer Josh Swinney and Ryan Drever on bass.
Formed in 2010, after A Copenhagen Hope disbanded, they released their debut 7”, Lekker/Booger, via Gerry Loves Records in 2012. This led to the band signing to Fat Cat Records, and releasing their debut EP, ‘Misled Youth’, followed by their debut album, ‘Cokefloat!’. Their second album, ‘Youth Culture Forever’, was released in 2014. Their third album, ‘No Grace’, came in June 2016, and was produced by Blink 182's Mark Hoppus.
The band has headlined their own shows and tours, as well as having opened for bands such as Dum Dum Girls, Ariel Pink, No Age, Wavves, Ty Segall, Yuck, The Babies and Black Lip, as well as having toured with Japandroids, Bleached, We Are Scientists and The Cribs, and played at festivals such as SXSW, T in the Park, The Great Escape.
Paws will embark on a co-headline tour with Daddy Issues this winter. Catch them live by checking out the tour dates and ticket information below on Stereoboard.

Rock 'n' roll has always been the preserve of the young, for obvious reasons. We get more of a kick from music that is wild and energetic than our parents’ generation currently do, just as they once did. And so on. What’s less readily acknowledged is that bands recognise this and shape their writing accordingly.
