Peaches—real name Merrill Nisker—is an electronica rapper from Toronto, Canada.
A multi-talented artist, she plays all the instruments used on her songs, programs her own electronic beats and produces her own albums. After dabbling in several projects throughout the early years of her music career—including an acoustic folk trio called Mermaid Café and the noise band The Shit—she released her debut album under her current moniker, 'Fancypants Hoodlum', in 1995. Since then, she has put out a further five studio records including, most recently, 'Rub' in 2015. Peaches is set to tour Australia and New Zealand in February and March 2023.
