Piroshka are a euphoric pop band from made up of Miki Berenyi (of Lush), KJ ‘Moose’ McKillop (of Moose), Mick Conroy (of Modern English) and Justin Welch (of Elastica).
Piroshka is the Hungarian for Little Red Riding Hood, and gives a subtle nod to a certain red hairdo that stood out in the 1990s Brit guitar-pop scene. The band released their first album together, 'Brickbat', in 2019. They are set to follow up with 'Love Drips and Gathers' in July 2021. Piroshka will tour the UK in November 2021.
