Playaz is a record label that formed in the early 1990s, and has since turned into a drum and bass institution, helping to pioneer the genre and deliver high quality music to the Junglist massive. Notable for releases such as Peace, Love & Unity, 138 Trek, True Playaz Anthem and Super Sharp Shooter, Playaz tracks can be found in the collection of the best DJs' record box.
In 2006 the brand was relaunched as Real Playaz with DJ Hype and Pascal. In 2018, they put on a huge Halloween party at Brixton Academy with the world debut of Hype & Hazard's new show Switch, Ocean Wisdom, Black Sun Empire, Hatcha & Friends, Jaguar Skillz, Problem Central and many more.
