Poppy, real name Moriah Rose Pereira, is a singer, songwriter and YouTube personality from Whitman, Massachusetts.
She moved to Los Angeles in 2014 to pursue a music career, making a series of abstract, candy-coloured promotional videos on Youtube, which have continued to enjoy viral success since their creation. She dropped her debut studio album, 'Poppy.Computer', in 2017, but with each release since the genre-bending artist continues to add elements of reinvention, with her third album, 'I Disagree' embodying a thrash metal sound that contrasts her bubblegum-sweet vocals. Her fourth and most recent record, 'Flux', arrived in 2021. Poppy rescheduled her UK shows to November 2022 because of COVID-19 restrictions.
