Purity Ring are an Canadian electronic music duo hailing from Edmonton, Alberta. Formed in 2010, it consists of singer Megan James and producer/instrumentalist Corin Roddick.
Creating a futuristic, ethereal brand of synth pop and dance music, Purity Ring are one of the most unique couples to come out of North America in recent years, and have already gathered fans across both sides of the pond. They put out their debut LP, 'Shrines', in 2012, and returned with its follow-up, 'Another Eternity', in 2015, and then 2020's 'Womb'. In response to the coronavirus pandemic, Purity Ring have rescheduled their UK shows to January 2022 and their North American tour to Sep/Oct/Nov/Dec 2021.
