Queensr˙che are an American heavy progressive metal band hailing from Bellevue, Washington.
Formed in 1982, the band currently comprises frontman Todd La Torre and long-time members Michael Wilton on guitar and Eddie Jackson on bass, with guitarist Mike Stone and drummer Casey Grillo. They released their debut LP, 'The Warning', in 1984, before finding a lot of success during the early '90s, breaking into the US Top 10 with their 1990 'Empire' LP and the Top Three with the follow-up, 1994's 'Promised Land'. They have released 16 studio albums during the course of their career, with the latest being 2022's 'Digital Noise Alliance'. Queensr˙che have announced a North American tour, billed The Origins Tour, for spring 2024. The trek will see the band celebrating their 1983 self-titled EP and their debut 'The Warning', performing both releases in full.
