RainBand are an indie and alternative band from Manchester, comprising of Martin Finnigan, Phil Rainey, James Cowell, Joe Louis Wilson & Sam Wilson.
Founded in 2010, the band released their debut single Broken Youth in 2010, and their debut EP, ‘The Prodigal’ in 2011. The followed with another two EPS: ‘Fire’ in 2013, and ‘Sirens’ in 2014. Their successful debut album 'Satellite Sunrise' came in 2016, with its follow up' The Shape Of Things to Come' landing in February 2018. The band have supported bands such as Simple Minds, Kaiser Chiefs and Ocean Colour Scene, as well as having made appearances at Glastonbury, Goa-Boa and Rock in Roma festivals. They've played headline shows and tours around the UK, and are set to hit the road once more in March 2019 supporting the new record.
